30-Minute Polymer Clay Technique Session
Duration: 30 minutes
Price: £75
A focused polymer clay coaching session designed to correct one specific issue — surface cracking, sanding technique, blade control, colour blending, cane consistency, curing problems, or finishing flaws.
Availability: Limited monthly slots.
60-Minute Polymer Clay Technique Intensive
Duration: 60 minutes
Price: £135
Extended time for deeper work on polymer clay sculpting techniques, jewellery construction methods, surface finishing, precision cutting, structural strength, or multiple technical corrections.
Availability: Very limited. Offered on selected dates only. May not be available every month.

If sessions are sold out, booking will close automatically.
Time Zones & Evening Availability
Sessions are scheduled in UK time (GMT or BST, depending on the time of year).
To accommodate customers in different time zones, some evening sessions may be available. These will appear as selectable options when booking.
Evening availability is limited, offered on selected dates only, and is not guaranteed every month.
All available session times are shown at the point of booking. I am unable to offer custom times outside of the listed availability.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check and convert the session time correctly for their location before confirming the booking.
Missed sessions due to time zone conversion errors are treated as no-shows and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
The UK observes daylight saving time. Session times will automatically follow UK clock changes. Please take extra care when booking around daylight saving changes in your country, as these may not occur on the same dates.
Customers booking from outside the UK are welcome, subject to availability. Please note that all sessions are held according to UK time, evening sessions are offered where possible to support international bookings, and availability may be limited for some regions.
How Booking Works
- Payment is completed first.
- After purchase, you receive a booking link.
- You select from the preset available time slots only.
- You receive a confirmation.
- Your Zoom link will be sent before the session.
Manual scheduling by email is not available.
Only listed time slots can be booked.
Policies
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before your booked session. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice cannot be accommodated. Rescheduling is subject to availability of remaining time slots and cannot guarantee the same day or time.
Cancellation Policy
All purchases are non-refundable. Cancellations do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances. Please ensure your chosen time slot fits your schedule before booking.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend the session at the scheduled time, the session will be considered forfeited. No refund or reschedule will be provided. Please make sure you are ready and logged in at the correct time.
Technical Issues Policy
Clients are responsible for providing a stable internet connection, a working camera, and a functioning microphone. Technical difficulties on the client’s side — including connection drops, device issues, or software problems — do not qualify for refunds, extensions, or rescheduling. It is recommended to test your setup before the session begins.
Recording Policy
Sessions are not recorded by the instructor. Clients are not permitted to record the session for any reason. This ensures privacy, focus, and a distraction-free environment for the session.

Do I need to prepare anything?
Yes. Come prepared with a specific polymer clay technique issue or piece you want to improve. Sessions are focused and time-limited.
How many questions can I ask?
As many as fit within the booked time. Sessions are time-bound, not question-bound.
Can I book more than one session?
Yes. Multiple bookings are allowed, subject to availability.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes, if you are actively working with polymer clay and want structured technical correction. Foundational explanation will be brief.
Do I need to show my work on camera?
Yes. If reviewing polymer clay jewellery, sculpture, or surface finish, your camera must be on for visual assessment.
Will I receive feedback after the session?
No. There is no follow-up included.
Are sessions available every month?
Availability is limited and not guaranteed monthly. If no sessions are listed, booking is closed.
